The Site presents EST PONTEM's services: AI automation, ecommerce, digital marketing and web development. Published information is general and is not a binding offer. Services are provided only under a contract or written proposal accepted by both parties, which takes precedence over these terms.

- submit false or unlawful information, or other people's data without their consent;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Site's systems or disrupt its operation;
- use bots or automated scripts to submit forms or make bookings;
- copy or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
4. ROI calculator and estimates
The ROI calculator and other interactive tools provide indicative estimates based solely on the values you enter and simplified formulas. Results are not a guarantee, a promise of outcome or financial advice. Automation examples and related figures (“typical savings”) are illustrative and may differ for each business.
5. Booking calls
Calls booked through the Site are free and carry no obligation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a call, with notice by email. If you can no longer attend, please let us know by replying to the confirmation email.

Texts, graphics, logo, source code and other materials on the Site belong to EST PONTEM or its partners and are protected by copyright law. Third-party trademarks (e.g. Shopify, Google, Meta) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe the technologies we work with.
